About this class

Come get your HIIT "PhyX" with an abbreviated version of our HIIT-50 class! This 45 minute class combines strength, conditioning and cardiovascular endurance. This class alternates short periods of anaerobic exercises with short rest periods. Some of the benefits of high intensity interval training are improved oxygen intake, higher glucose metabolism and accelerated fat burning to quickly escalate fat burn. Let's get PHYSICAL! Shoes required. Mat is optional but is not required. All levels welcome.

Please bring gym shoes and a mat for all classes. No street shoes please.

We offer a HUGE variety of classes such as HIIT, Strength, TRX, Circuit, Sculpt, Barre, Yoga and many fusions of these classes. Our instructors teach to the highest level of athlete in the room while offering modifications for anyone who needs/wants them.
