About this class

Combines total body strength and resistance training with cardio to build lean muscle and burn fat. This 50-60 minute workout uses a variety of weights, resistance bands and your own body weight to move thru progressions that focus on movement, mobility and endurance. Wear shoes. Mats are optional, but not necessary for class. All levels welcome.

Please bring gym shoes and a mat for all classes. No street shoes please.

We offer a HUGE variety of classes such as HIIT, Strength, TRX, Circuit, Sculpt, Barre, Yoga and many fusions of these classes. Our instructors teach to the highest level of athlete in the room while offering modifications for anyone who needs/wants them.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
