About this class

Change things up and try a sneaky strength training class! Pilates will make you stronger without touching a dumbbell. This class is also guaranteed to make you sweat, feel awesome and get a bombproof core. Do not be fooled...this is not an easy class. You will focus and work the full 50-55 minutes.

How to prepare

Please bring a yoga mat for Yoga and Pilates classes and wear tennis shoes for strength classes. A water bottle is recommended for all classes and sweat towels are supplied free of charge. They have a limited amount of yoga mats available if you forget yours!

How to get there

The studio opens 15 minutes before class starts. There is plenty of on-street and side street parking available; early morning classes are welcome to use any surrounding business parking lots. Phys Ed KC is on the corner of 39th and Wyoming. Look for the bright blue door on 39th St.
