About this class

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with intervals to recover. This type of training is used by athletes to improve performance, but it’s also been shown to greatly benefit athletes of all levels. Each short, intense workout provides improved athletic capacity.

This class was both challenging, effective and fun. Staff were super friendly and the equipment is good.

Decent workout but only 40 mins (said 60 mins on ClassPass) and there was no water available (had to pay for water).
