About this class

This class offers a chance to work out those knots, stretch those muscles, and ensure your body is working in peak form.  We will use a combination of Yoga based movements, Foam Rollers, Accu-Balls, Bands, and Body weight movements. This class serves EVERYONE, giving an opportunity to dedicate the necessary time to Stretch and Refresh! For beginners it is essential to kick start your new fitness regimen. For advanced clients this class will allow you to make sure your body is in peak condition.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
