About this class

This class mixes dynamic strength exercises with cardio intervals on our Concept 2 rowing machines. Strength exercises are designed to sculpt those pipes using weights and bands, as you sweat it out during your row intervals.  You'll alternate from core exercises, to arm and legs, and back on the Rowing Machine. Expect sky high endorphins, sweat, and sore muscles! Class Length - 55 minutes Perfect for all fitness levels, and absolute beginners (we will teach you how to row!)

Tough class, especially when you're already sore, but the instructor was great! She was attentive to our form (especially while rowing) and helped to amp us up. Loved the class size - around 15 people. Great space and super friendly front of house staff! Will def be coming back!

What is ClassPass?
