This gym is great. I just think it had a major representation issue. Where it’s all white people that bond together.

BOOTCAMP with Brooker
Would highly recommend. Fantastic class, fantastic trainer! Brooker explains all aspects of the workout and demonstrates so you know what youre doing. He provides adjustments or alternatives if you need them. He does a great job of motivating everyone and checking in to give individual encouragement. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work and wants everyone to have a positive experience, he even thanked everyone for coming to his class. With a little more practice he could even be as good as Ally! Had fun and got a great workout!

It was a good workout but I hoped they provided more instruction and guidance to the exercises.

the class was definitely a good workout but since i was new I would have liked some feeback on how I was doing on the exercise as I was worried I would get injured. because most people seem to come often the instructor did not spend a lot of time correcting or demonstrating.

Felt very welcomed and comfortable in this space. Instructor clearly demonstrated all moves and encouraged us along the way. I love that it was a mix of strength and cardio, though I would have loved a few more cardio based moves.it was great!

What is ClassPass?
