About this class
Lengthen, stretch, and tone as you build or advance your Pilates practice. This class meets you where you are and challenges you to develop and perfect your technique. Exercises are classically sequenced and moderately paced with various contemporary twists thrown in. This is an all level class.

How to prepare
- Allow time for parking and personal preparation by arriving at least 5 minutes before class begins - Wear comfortable studio attire - Silence mobile devices prior to entering the studio - Kindly remove shoes before coming into the studio - Leave valuables, kids, and pets at home - Avoid coming to class on a full stomach if possible - If you enjoy the studio, ask about monthly specials and package pricing
How to get there
If you are visiting our Madison Street studio, ample two-hour street parking is available on Madison Street. During the warmer months, please read street signs to avoid parking on the wrong side of the street on designated street sweeping days.
