About this class
Our intermediate/advanced class is for practitioners with more than one year of experience with us. Note: students who join us for the General class at 10am-11am may continue to train with us through this class. This class will typically include: 1) Physical conditioning and gymnastics 2) Short movements - The building blocks of the system which incorporate a variety of strikes, blocks, kicks, and sweeps. 3) Partner work - Includes sensitivity and spatial awareness exercises, self-defense applications, and sparring 4) Long movements - Short movements are combined into choreographed long movements that train balance, timing, and grace. Long movements are classified into different systems associated with animals, plants, other natural phenomena, and sacred Buddhist figures PGB White Crane is an Indonesian martial art that traces its roots to the temple kung fu of Shaolin, Wudang, and Shandong. Learn to develop and improve your physical health, strength, flexibility, balance and grace through a holistic program of traditional training exercises designed for all body types and levels of experience.
