About this class
One hour exercise that focuses to connect breath, movement of the spine, and sequence of postures. Various props and methods are combined to design a unique flow. Each pose is designed to aid in strengthening deep muscles for a full body workout, while offering beneficial stretching with breath to align and restore the spine. All levels welcome. Classes are 50 minutes.
