About this class

Intermediate Level  Focus  on the entire body , including , core strength,  butt, legs, arms with the added Jumpboard at the end of each class for a more cardio component .   ****Prior Reformer  experience is required.       ** Not appropriate if you are pregnant or have an active injury.    All our Reformer classes are limited to ONLY 4 students, with lots of hands on corrections and are avail to book 2 months in advance.

How to prepare

*Requirement: If you have never done Pilates before, we highly recommend at least 10 mat classes or 2 private equipment sessions at our studio before signing up for all our Reformer classes * Also group classes are NOT appropriate if you are pregnant or have an active injury. Please inquire about private sessions instead .

I wouldnt say there was much cardio involved at all in this class, but Varvara was very meticulous (in a super sweet way) about technique and using the correct muscles for each exercise which was very appreciated. I dont usually get the hands on and one on one attention as I definitely did in this pretty intimate class, but having that left me feeling much more knowledgeable about both Pilates technique and what I, personally, need to work on.
