How to prepare

Come prepared to sweat! You can wear your favorite athletic shorts or leggings, with a tank or t-shirt. You will also need to wear running shoes. You will receive a water and towel upon check-in, as well as your Tread number for class. Be sure to have a light snack before your workout, and hydrate properly! To track your metrics throughout class, you will need to create a Peloton profile at before class, or arrive 15 minutes early to do so in-studio.

How to get there

We are located just west of the Christopher St PATH and 1 train, and a short walk from West 4th St BDFM and ACE train. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for check-in and Tread assignment. Due to the live production of class, anyone who arrives with less than 5 minutes will not be allowed in the studio.

What is ClassPass?
