How to prepare

They recommend that you wear a tank top or t-shirt on top. Form-fitting pants or shorts that stay out of the way of moving pedals are ideal bottoms! They offer complimentary rental shoes, Aquacai water, and towels. If you prefer to bring your own shoes, their pedals are compatible with LOOK Delta and SPD cleats. Please either create a Peloton profile online at PelotonCycle.com before your first class, or arrive 15 minutes early to do so.

How to get there

Please note that Peloton will randomly assign you a bike upon arrival. They kindly ask that you do not reach out to them and request a specific bike. Also note that you may be assigned to ride in the front row. Bike numbers unfortunately cannot be changed or re-assigned at any time. Thanks in advance for respecting this policy!

Instructor had great energy, and the music was fun!

(Separating what Peloton’s core business is vs. studio class). There is definitely a disconnect between the instructor and the class, and it has to do with the fact that the instructor’s job is to be broadcast live to the riders at home. There were times Alex stood up tall stretching his arms out (as you would perfectly expect from a tv broadcast performance), and it just felt so off in the studio itself. The instructor constantly looking at the camera also feels a bit weird haha. The bikes themselves are awesome though - so smooth!
