How to prepare

They recommend that you wear a tank top or t-shirt on top. Form-fitting pants or shorts that stay out of the way of moving pedals are ideal bottoms! They offer complimentary rental shoes, Aquacai water, and towels. If you prefer to bring your own shoes, their pedals are compatible with LOOK Delta and SPD cleats. Please either create a Peloton profile online at PelotonCycle.com before your first class, or arrive 15 minutes early to do so.

How to get there

Please note that Peloton will randomly assign you a bike upon arrival. They kindly ask that you do not reach out to them and request a specific bike. Also note that you may be assigned to ride in the front row. Bike numbers unfortunately cannot be changed or re-assigned at any time. Thanks in advance for respecting this policy!

Really dont enjoy Matts music. Its like Nickelback mixed with some screamo. The concept of the class was okay, but the music made me wish the class was over asap.

Not good music, you have to guess what resistance you should be at depending on what each zone means to you. Not a good method.

If you want more guidelines in terms of how hard you should go, knowing power zones and your FTP (average output) helps; otherwise, you can just go as hard as you feel is right. Great intensity!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
