How to prepare

First Timers: - Go to to create your user profile (this is required to assign you to a bike) - For cycling classes, arrive 15 minutes early so you can get properly fit to your bike. If you are not early for your first class, you will not be allowed in! Wear comfortable, close fitting clothes and be prepared to get gloriously sweaty! For cycling classes, bring your own SPD clips or regular sneakers.

The instructor Coco was very knowledgeable and hands on. She was great at getting feedback from the class to see what they were most interested in doing or trying. Overall the class was great. I think the room should be heated though- it was a bit cold the 2 times Ive been.

Such a nice relaxing class! It was just myself and the instructor and she was so incredibly helpful with an injury Im battling with, I feel better already!!

Coco is one of the top instructors in SF. Really enjoyed the class. Highly recommended to those that do a lot of running, spin or bootcamp style classes. Stretching, strengthening core and proper breathing (aka Cocos class) make you a stronger athlete.

The teacher was great. But the acoustics of the room are not. First of they need to not have this class when they are offering a spin class. Way too loud from the spin room. They also need a proper door to the yoga room. Also the room needs to be heated. It is not a good practice to have the air on and the fans on. Very bad for your body. Def need to work out some kinks before I come back.

Pelo Flow with Coco was a wonderful experience! Shes really thoughtful and committed to customizing the class to fit your practice level. What was especially helpful is she pays close attention to form, I discovered I had been overextending my arms in Chaturanga and she got me into crow. The end of class is like a mini-spa experience with refreshing essential oils and personalized stretches. Look forward to coming back!
