How to prepare
First Timers: - Go to www.pelofitness.com to create your user profile (this is required to assign you to a bike) - For cycling classes, arrive 15 minutes early so you can get properly fit to your bike. If you are not early for your first class, you will not be allowed in! Wear comfortable, close fitting clothes and be prepared to get gloriously sweaty! For cycling classes, bring your own SPD clips or regular sneakers.
