How to prepare

First Timers: - Go to www.pelofitness.com to create your user profile (this is required to assign you to a bike) - For cycling classes, arrive 15 minutes early so you can get properly fit to your bike. If you are not early for your first class, you will not be allowed in! Wear comfortable, close fitting clothes and be prepared to get gloriously sweaty! Bike shoe rentals are available, you can bring your own SPD clip shoes or regular sneakers work too! Mats are provided for yoga. Showers w/ towels and amenities are available.

I love this class! Fast intense cardio then a short and sweet yoga practice to wind down. Its just enough of each when you both want/dont want either but know you could use both.

I take a lot of cycling classes, and I didnt feel like this one was very challenging. Instructor had a lot of energy which is great! Yoga was great, just the stretch I needed.
