About this class

Pedal GroupFit class is the perfect compliment to your intense aerobic Spin classes. GroupFit classes use off-bike circuit training to build strength, mobility, flexibility, and burn calories! We use body resistance, small hand weights, kettle bells, and TRX. GroupFit classes take place off the bike. Wear sneakers and bring a yoga mat.

Want to feel like a warrior taught by an angel? Take this class !

Pretty good workout for the credit cost. Class consisted of 6 pairs where you switch off between TRX and weights/kettle. Also included a few actual partner exercises. Great for those that want to excercise with friends and partners.
