You'll love the butt-kicking workout, small class size, personalized attention and modifications, and back to basics no-nonsense approach. Get ready for the Pearl Street Fitness difference. Note: Expect a full body workout with a more defined attention and focus on upper body conditioning Mon/Thur, lower body conditioning Tues/Fri and a full body blast Wed/Sat/Sun. This class will keep your mind and body guessing so you never plateau. We recommend taking this class 2-3 times per week.

How to prepare

WHO ITS DESIGNED FOR Pearl Street Fitness is designed for all fitness levels. Newbies are welcome in every class. Whether you are training for an ironman, looking to lose weight, or just ready to amp your workouts to another level, everyone becomes part of the “family” here. No matter how many times a month you come to class, you will find a fitness “home” at Pearl Street Fitness. Come prepared with a water bottle (water filtration system provided) and towel, close-toed shoes, and an "I Can, I Will" attitude!

How to get there

Pearl Street Fitness is located in Denver's Wash Park neighborhood (1107 S Pearl Street). There's plenty of free parking on the surrounding streets.

What is ClassPass?
