About this class

SWEAT– Is a treadmill based CARDIO class. This is the High Intensity Interval training class that puts all others to shame. It will have you gasping for air, swearing out loud and burning CRAZY calories all day long. Designed for runners of all types, sweat teaches you how to do time intervals properly using various inclines and speeds you might otherwise not think possible. Come sweat and learn how to make running fun again! Difficulty Level (Endurance – 80%) (Strength – 5%) (Flexibility/Mobility – 15%)

How to prepare

Please don't wear street shoes. Place belongings in the locker room. Bring a water bottle (filtered water fountain is available onsite). Small towels are provided on-site, but bring your own if you may need a larger towel or prefer your own. If you are visiting us for the first time, please sign our liability waiver prior to your workout. You can visit our website to print it off (Client Section) or sign upon arrival. It is helpful if you arrive at least 10 minutes before class to stretch before warm-ups begin.

What is ClassPass?
