RECOVERY/CORE – Start the weekend with a restful soft tissue session, some mellow music and an active mobility routine that's enough to get you sweating but not so much that you’ll feel beat down. Come learn a variety of core, stretching and foam rolling techniques you can use to improve your performance. Difficulty Level (Endurance – 10%) (Strength – 20%) (Flexibility/Mobility – 70%)

How to prepare
Please don't wear street shoes. Place belongings in the locker room. Bring a water bottle (filtered water fountain is available onsite). Small towels are provided on-site, but bring your own if you may need a larger towel or prefer your own. If you are visiting us for the first time, please sign our liability waiver prior to your workout. You can visit our website to print it off (Client Section) or sign upon arrival. It is helpful if you arrive at least 10 minutes before class to stretch before warm-ups begin.
