About this class

MET-CON - Is a metabolic conditioning class that combines power, endurance, and strength to complete as many exercises as possible with little rest. This will maximize metabolic output during and after the workout. MET-CON uses body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, TRX’s, SLEDs, and much more for a killer calorie burn. It's Challenging, Effective, and AWESOME! Difficulty Level (Endurance – 60%) (Strength – 30%) (Flexibility/Mobility – 10%)

How to prepare

Please don't wear street shoes. Place belongings in the locker room. Bring a water bottle (filtered water fountain is available onsite). Small towels are provided on-site, but bring your own if you may need a larger towel or prefer your own. If you are visiting us for the first time, please sign our liability waiver prior to your workout. You can visit our website to print it off (Client Section) or sign upon arrival. It is helpful if you arrive at least 10 minutes before class to stretch before warm-ups begin.
