About this class

Athlete Level 2 B - (Proficiency) – In Level 2 the focus shifts from teaching to learning how to apply the skills learned in Level 2 A. This involves more complex patterns and drills. Taking this approach allows athletes to improve their strength while isolating and correcting deficiencies. By combining speed, agility and plyometrics with an increased focus on strength training we will continue to build a strong base of knowledge learned in level 2 A so each athlete will be prepared for level 3’s mastery program.

How to prepare

Please don't wear street shoes. Place belongings in the locker room. Bring a water bottle (filtered water fountain is available onsite). Small towels are provided on-site, but bring your own if you may need a larger towel or prefer your own. If you are visiting us for the first time, please sign our liability waiver prior to your workout. You can visit our website to print it off (Client Section) or sign upon arrival. It is helpful if you arrive at least 10 minutes before class to stretch before warm-ups begin.

What is ClassPass?
