About this class

A dynamic yoga class designed to challenge your body and mind while immersing you in a state of flow. Developing internal heat through strong poses, linking movement with breath (and maybe a little sweat). Our teachers will vary the themes, sequences and pace of the class to give you new experiences each time you step on the mat. The room can be heated up to 26-28°. All levels of practice welcomed.
