About this class

Hype is one of our most popular and challenging classes of the week. You will work in pairs throughout 45 minutes of interval training aimed at maximising calorie expenditure and improving your fitness level. This class can cater to all fitness levels and our coaching staff can readily adapt any exercises if need be.

Good class but the trainer doesnt help with anything, just chats to the regulars the whole time. If you can motivate yourself youll be all good.
