About this class

Bootcamp classes are for all levels. Think of Bootcamp, as adult recess! You will be smiling and laughing from all the fun you have sweating with our amazing coaches! Bootcamps are offered for athletes that may shy away from technical barbell and high skilled gymnastics work. Bootcamps are for athletes that crave a workout that they can feel comfortable and work safely at a moderate pace! We put emphasis on mastering the squat, lunge, push, press, pull and lots of creative body weight exercise, while giving your that sweaty workout you crave. While these classes move at a quick pace, they’re highly scaleable and appropriate for almost all levels. Beginners will learn how to safely train with proper form and technique, while advanced athletes can use this class as an active recovery or lighter workout. We use everything from kettle bells, barbells, tires, sleds, slam balls, medicine balls, dumbbells, body weight exercises, rings, ropes and outdoor obstacles when weather permits.

How to prepare

Our Yoga, Bootcamps, Run Club and Kettlebell Club classes are scaleable and almost any level can dive in and get a great workout! Please let your instructor know if you have any injuries, wear comfortable clothes to workout in, and a water bottle.

How to get there

Head down Baltimore Hill towards Cathedral Park. Take a right on Bradford when you see the train tracks. We have plenty of parking, please do not park in front of any loading docks that have no parking signs.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
