How to prepare
Feel free to wear comfortable clothing. No need to bring anything special besides an open mind and a sense of curiosity.
How to get there
The Pause studio is located on the second floor of a shared commercial building. Enter the building on Ash street between 2nd and 3rd. If the door to the building is locked, please use #0220 on the large silver keypad for entry. Come on up the stairs and follow the signs for 220.
