Postnatal Pilates (with Baby) at Pause
About this class
This class will focus on getting you back in to exercise safely by realigning your posture, restoring your core and building strength to help with the physical demands of motherhood. In Postnatal Pilates the focus is on mum so we suggest bringing a toy or two to help keep your little one entertained. This class is suitable for babies 6 weeks to crawling. Please note that due to limited space at the studio, we encourage mums to use carriers where possible, otherwise there is space to store some fold away prams.

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. Please bring a bottle of water with you, as we do not have drinking water on site.
