About this class

Body conditioning is a one hour dynamic class using weights and resistance bands to achieve a full body workout. The class is low impact so it’s suitable for all abilities. We fuse elements of Pilates and weight training to strengthen the body whilst keeping the muscles supple and lean. Cancellation Policy We operate a 6 hour cancellation policy for all classes (excluding workshops & courses which are non refundable and non-transferable). Please note, we do not have a reception area to wait in, so please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before a class, as there may still be a class in session.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. Please bring a bottle of water with you, as we do not have drinking water on site.

Surprised at how challenging and well taught this class was - incredible value at 2 credits! Would absolutely recommend for a low impact strength/barre-esque workout. Lovely studio on a charming street as well.

Really excellent class for full body work out. Fabia was encouraging without being too much and made helpful adjustments. Cute studio with all the equipment you need. Similar to barrecore classes but with all the convenience of being local. Left feeling great.

What is ClassPass?
