In this ease-ful class, we'll warm up with a gentle flow, stretch and lengthen in restorative poses, move into a deep relaxation that integrates our practice and end with a guided meditation. Meditations will include a variety of styles.

How to get there

PLEASE NOTE: Past Tense kindly asks that you arrive 10 minutes early for your first class. If you arrive later than 5 minutes before class starts, we cannot guarantee your spot. Past Tense does lock the door as soon as class begins and latecomers are not admitted so as to not disturb the other students.

I thought it was interesting that we started with the meditation - I would preferred some more pranayama before jumping. Really great flow and I would def go back again for sarah's class.

The meditation was good - not even as challenging as restorative. The studio is not well ventilated but might be a one-off. Smell was definitely distracting during the practice. I will try it again.

What is ClassPass?
