Awesome class!
Lunch Hour with Clare
Not super beginner-friendly, but very open to modifications - nice group of people too.
Lunch Hour with Alicia
Decent class but it was really crowded
Lunch Hour with Mallory
Great instructor but needed more variety in positions. The layout of the class made movement very restrictive. I couldn’t follow through with poses because of the wall or neighbors.
Lunch Hour with Clare
I've had great classes here before, but found this one to be pretty uncomfortable. the room was extremely crowded and very warm. We began with several poses half on the mat and half on a blanket sliding on the floor. I understand what our instructor was trying to do with this, but I found the blanket to be so slippery that the poses felt unsafe. I wasn't able to relax and concentrate because I was worried about hurting myself.
Lunch Hour with Sara
Way too crowded. Class was ok but pretty slow paced
Lunch Hour with Clare
This was primarily a stretch class (not a yoga flow) with lots of weird moves (some that the majority of class could not follow due to poor instruction). The teacher was super granola (she actually sang chanted for like 4 minutes at the end of class...not my style). Lastly, this class was extremely overpacked; with every position I was constantly making sure I wasnt going to kick my neighbor. I would not recommend this class, and especially this teacher, to anyone. I will not be returning to this studio anytime soon (which is a shame since its so close to my home).

They oversold the class, and it was way to corpses to the point of being uncomfortable.
