Foam Rolling + Yoga with Clare
Definitely agree that the class should be longer to really have an impact but it is useful for releasing muscle tension.
Foam Rolling + Yoga with Clare
Relaxing class, I think with a sub. There was definitely yoga mixed in. The class was just a little slow for my taste.
Foam Rolling + Yoga with Mallory
I enjoyed the class, but 45 minutes seemed too short.
Foam Rolling + Yoga with Mallory
Foam rolling + yoga was a very relaxing, very simple class. It’s much more foam rolling than yoga, but that’s what I had been hoping for so it worked out for me. Only downside was how short the class felt.
Foam Rolling + Yoga with Dan
Way more foam rolling than yoga, but awesome
Foam Rolling + Yoga with Dan
Wow!! this was great. I really felt relaxed afterwards. Dan was very friendly and positive. The studio staff were also very welcoming.
Foam Rolling + Yoga with Dan
Dan was not the instructor. I did like the sub but I wish they would indicate when there was a sub
Foam Rolling + Yoga with Dan
Def just a foam rolling class. Still awesome.
Foam Rolling + Yoga with Dan
I wish the studio would update when there is a sub.
Foam Rolling + Yoga with Mallory
I wish the studio gave a heads up when there was going to be a sub
