Deepen your practice with Mindful Vinyasa 2. Warm up with breathwork while creative sequencing and subtle cuing prepares your body for a variety of poses. Expect to work hard and build strength and flexibility, as well as connect deeper to your truer self. Modifications are always welcome. Knowledge of basic postures is a plus.

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.
