About this class

This hatha-inspired class offers instruction with a primary focus on alignment and building strength and stability. We'll slow down and deepen breath while holding postures longer, and offer choices to adjust the intensity of each pose and movement. All levels are welcome!

Sometimes she said confusing things like “put your shoulder blades on your back.” Uh. Ok. Done? Otherwise it was a great space and I was sore the next day, which doesn’t usually happen with yoga for me.
