About this class

Yin yoga is a slow style of yoga that works on slowly and gently stretching the muscles and fascia by holding poses for up to five minutes. This course is perfect for those that have never done yoga, aren't flexible and needs some relaxation in your life. Mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks are all provided so no need to buy anything to join this course. Wear loose comfortable clothes and as we hold poses for a long period, you may wish to wear long sleeves and bring socks.

How to prepare

Please make sure to wear comfortable clothing and ideally long sleeves and socks as we hold poses for 3-5 minutes. All props and mats are provided.

How to get there

This studio is located at Studio 6.28 St Margaret’s House 151 London Road. The studio is on the 6th floor and turn right. Allow 5 minutes once arriving to the building for the first time.
