Bar Move at The Bar Method
About this class
A variation of a Bar Method class that gives students a cardio boost along with the same attention to safety, structure and muscle sculpting. The Bar Move sequence packs in relatively more leg exercises and places slightly less focus on stretching. The result is a fun, heart-thumping hour of exercise. Bar Move's format is also less predictable, offering regular students a mash-up of the Bar Method sequence while keeping top priority on safety and great results. Bar Move works best when students do their Bar Method workouts two or three times a week to change their bodies and take Bar Move once or twice a week or variety and an aerobic kick. Mandatory Requirements: 20 or more Bar Method or Bar Express classes

How to prepare
Grip socks and pants below the knees are required for class. It is also suggested to bring a towel and water for during class. Parking is available for customers.
