About this class

The Bar Method is the original, premier barre class, crafted with physical therapists to insure an efficient whole body work out that is safe and effective for all ages and fitness levels. Bar Method Classic is our standard 60 minute class, choreographed to music using alternating flexing and stretching exercises for each muscle group. The Method emphasizes short isometric movements, mindful breathing, balance and form to engage and challenge all relevant muscle groups, while maintaining moderate and effective cardio. Classes start with warm up and upper body, followed by thigh and seat work, and finish with abdominal exercises. Verbal instruction helps builds mind-body awareness and predictable class structure. Individuals can participate at their own pace. Instructors are available for Q&A and coaching input. A consistent practice will sculpt and tone, lift and flatten, leaving you feeling and looking your best. Ask our clients! Teacher candace was constantly monitoring and adjusting students to ensure proper positioning for best benefit from workout and injury avoidance. What is ClassPass?
