About this class

Build a stronger body while releasing tension and flow your way into inner peace. This mindful and slow flow class is great for those searching for a relaxing yoga experience through movement with breath awareness. This class is suitable for beginner yogis however the most experienced yoga practitioner will also be challenged, as sometimes less is more. Room temperature is set at 80 degrees. *Essential oils or incense could be used in all yoga classes.

How to prepare

Yoga: Yoga mat, towel and water. Mats can be borrowed for free. Spin: Running or bike shoes, towel and water. TRX: Yoga mat or borrow one of ours for free. Barre: Non-slip socks, which are available at the studio for purchase.

How to get there

PAI Dublin is located in the Trader Joes plaza off of 161 and Sawmill Road. The Yoga studio is opposite of the Fitness Studio--just across the parking lot. Barre, Spinning, and TRX classes are on the fitness side!

Great stretch!

this class was good as a check-in with your body and good for some deep stretching. the instructor was welcoming, but she often interrupted the flow of the class when talking through the movements.

Teacher was thoughtful and encouraged us to make the practice what our body needed, which was really nice for a slow flow class. Not an athletic class if that’s what you’re looking for, but it’s a fantastic self care class! Just hear my body needed. I felt really good leaving and for the rest of the evening!

The class was challenging but kind of inconsistent and the instructor seemed distracted. She also stopped to Snapchat all of us in the middle of the class and kept talking about her other classes the whole time.

I would have been a little lost in the sequence if I did not have a background in yoga. i agree it can be a beginner or advance class because of variations in poses, but make sure you have a basic knowledge of vinyasas prior to attending
