About this class

BODYPUMP™ 45 is a 45 minute barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP45 gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

How to prepare

Yoga: Yoga mat, towel and water. Mats can be borrowed for free. Spin: Running or bike shoes, towel and water. TRX: Yoga mat or borrow one of ours for free. Barre: Non-slip socks, which are available at the studio for purchase.

How to get there

PAI Dublin is located in the Trader Joes plaza off of 161 and Sawmill Road. The Yoga studio is opposite of the Fitness Studio--just across the parking lot. Barre, Spinning, and TRX classes are on the fitness side!

I enjoyed this class. it was a good workout. But my only problem is with high rep low weight training classes is they do not go over form for things like deadlifts and cleans. If there's someone in there who's a beginner they could get injured.

This was my first time attending a BodyPump class. Danica recommended my setup so I didnt get too ambitious. The pace was good and the time passed quickly.

Two instructors talking over each other, very confusing. Instructors barely taught and laughed a lot, hardly a workout and rude. Not organized at all. A waste of money.
