About this class

Join a RowSculpt class for a total body workout. Weekly workouts will include various interval based training using the rowing machine and functional strength training. Rowing builds both cardiovascular endurance and strength through repetitive resistance training. Be a part of a motivating team oriented environment while you boost your metabolism, strengthen and sculpt your body.

Fantastic class with a superior instructor. Sonja is awesome and showed me the ropes since it was my first visit to PaddleSculpt. The rest of the class was supportive and friendly—what a cool community! The moves kicked my butt. I will definitely be back!

class was supposed to be rowsculpt but it was actually rowga. i love the rowsculpt classes - row part was good, the yoga portion of this class was really just stretching - would have preferred a bigger challenge.

Tough class and loved the format - do wish actual work time was a bit longer although it was still an excellent workout!

Awesome instructor and supportive, fun environment for a newbie.

Good mix of cardio and strength. Did a 10 min warmup and then 35 min of a series of 6 strength exercises (squats, sit-ups, burpees, etc) with some rowing mixed in. We ended with a 5 min core workout.
