Dori's classes are consistently good. she checks in with people by name throughout class. rachel provided good instruction during the 15-20 min yoga portion.

What a great class! This class incorporates a little strength, conditioning, cardio and stretch.

I prefer to work harder longer. It was a good mix but I would have liked a solid half hour (it was only 16 minutes) of the circuit.

Such a great Monday class to work hard for 1/2 the class, and zen out for the last 1/2. Great group of women.

The workout was fun and different! I felt a bit singled out as a non-member as I was called out twice for being a classpass student. Hesitant to go back even though I enjoyed the workout.

Dori and Rachel are rockstars! Theyre both such good instructors, they really concentrate on form and encouraging you. They also create a very welcoming atmosphere. The whole group of people felt like a family. I truly love the class and it was also a really good challenge but it was also very centering with the yoga. The only thing that makes me sad is its almost a half hour away from my house... so I could probably really only go on special occasions
