At Paddington Yoga, the classes are set in a unique way to ensure you are getting the most out of your yoga practice... mind, body and soul, emphasising precision and alignment, planned sequencing, timing and the use of props. Whether you want to work on a certain peak pose or focus, or just want to do a yoga class just because you love the practice, you are welcome at Yoga Paddington and you will gain the benefits of yoga, nevertheless. The classes are flowing Vinyasa Yoga classes, (unless specifically stated in the focus classes ie Ying or slow flow), with the perfect balance of modern twists and traditional values. How to prepare
The studio asks that you arrive min 10 minutes prior to the start of your class. Due to security reasons, the front door will be locked once class commences, on the dot, as there is usually only the teacher at the studio. So please arrive early, to ensure no one misses out. The studio recommends that you bring own towel and water bottles. You are welcome to bring your own mat or to hire one for $2 per hire. For your convenience, you may also reserve your a mat for $8 per month. Yoga blocks and straps are provided for your use, free of charge.
How to get there
Paddington Yoga is located at 232/220 Oxford St in Paddington, New South Wales. Entry is from the front on Oxford St - main entry to the PADDO RSL. There is street parking available on all surrounding streets, in close proximity to the studio.
