About this class

This class is a nice blend of the two worlds of yoga flow combined with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time. It's done on a yoga mat in a 95 degree heated room. It is an intense yoga workout,and at the same time,keep it calm ,no need to muscle through anything,just follow your yoga breath and mind-set. This class will help you to strengthen your core,trim your waist line,boost your metabolism,your endurance and stamina,helps to burn off the belly fat, booty reshaping,arm sculpting .It is a true body transformation class.

How to prepare

Please bring a yoga mat, large towel and a bottle of water. Wear very light clothing like shorts and spandex. The studio rents yoga mats, towels and they sell bottled water. They also offer fresh fruit and juice in the back patio after every class.

This class was packed! Intense HIIT but super fun people. Jenn really knew how to make you sweat! Wonder if the class could schedule a bit earlier like at 6:30 or 7 so I could have a light dinner after the class instead of beforehand.
