Great workout!
Total Body Takeover
instructor was a no show
Total Body Takeover
The class was overall good but there were many unnecessary pauses throughout the workout to set up equipment or when the instructor was having side conversations (not about the class) with another patron. If you don't want a class with MANY pauses in the 1 hr session, this class isn't for you.
Total Body Takeover
I think I came on an off day because the vibe at first was kind of grouchy (I guess the owner moved the class last minute), but the workout was really good so I would come back. Alison is the kind of instructor who encourages you to push yourself, which I really liked. She also does a really good job of making sure you have good form which I appreciate.
Total Body Takeover
Main instructor didn't show up. Substitute was ok but was basically a gym time
Total Body Takeover
Allison is the person who can get you into shape. She knows her stuff and pushes you just enough so progress happens without breaking your body. This club is a boutique gem - too bad they filled the beautiful dance m/yoga studio with machines.
Total Body Takeover
Instructor wasted a lot of time talking and showing the regular students pictures of a wedding she attended in the middle of class. 10 min wasted. Also, she was not very encouraging or positive. However, the exercises were fundamentally good ones and I did get a decent workout in.
Total Body Takeover
class is a good workout, moderately paced. instructor is very and good. but class wasn't as upbeat and encouraging as I would have preferred
Total Body Takeover
Small class. Fun & varied exercises.
Total Body Takeover
great instructor
