How it works

About this class

High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT wakes you up with a dynamic set of moves that prep you for 45 minutes of work/rest effort (using dumbbells, med balls, bodyweight, resistance tubing, and more). Rest is the single greatest determinant of exercise intensity, and it's used strategically with strength and endurance exercises to produce the maximum amount of energy you can spend. Easy moves and regenerative breathing end the session.

Mo plays Led Zeppelin. Says enough. He’s the man
HIIT
Great class, always doing something different so it’s not boring. The teacher was very nice and encouraging.
HIIT
This was a nice workout. The space was a little weird but I would definitely go back to this class!
HIIT
Honestly, I’d consider this “chill HIIT”. I liked how the class is limited to 10 people but the space was small and held in a narrow-ish corridor so it can get a bit tight/awkward space wise especially if you’re doing things side by side with someone. It was challenging at some moments but nothing at all compared to an OTF, Barry’s, or HIT SF class. Instructor was nice and chill but there were so many mini breaks in between that I didn’t break a super sweat or sweat that much. Maybe if you’re new to HIIT or coming back from an injury this is cool but if you want a hardcore workout, this isn’t it
HIIT
Good workout but small space. Small group. More of a boot camp style HIIT workout though.

MO IS THE MAN!!!
HIIT
Mo is the best and gives a great workout! The sub, not so much....
HIIT
ro was great!!
HIIT
Absolutely awful and a waste of time. This class is usually great when it is taught by Mo. The sub had no idea what he was doing and it was extremely disorganized. Nothing high intensity about this class, didn’t even break a sweat.

Always love and appreciate the variety! This class pushes you! There’s no stopping so you have to give 100% the entire class!
