About this class

TRX Suspension Training harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance as you workout and allows you to adjust the degree of difficulty - regardless of your fitness level, age or fitness goals. In this 60 minute class you will be guided through a flow of many exercises intended for you to build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose. The TRX Suspension Trainer™ can easily adjust to all fitness levels, and will change the way you think, when it comes to working out. Omero was a great instructor. He explained movements really well and kept the class engaging and fun. I wish there had been more form correction

Very intense workout! Lots of sweating. I wouldn't say this is a class for beginners, though. Definitely need stamina and some strength already.

I liked the hard class but it felt a little chaotic. TRX is definitely more of an intermediate class.

Not a complete waste of time, but there were far too many people in the class. The space only allows for 8-10 people to use TRX equipment... there were 20 of us. For each set, 10 used TRX suspension and 10 did a similar exercise without TRX. Not enough variety, either - all sets required plank position with one or both feet in the TRX straps. Instructor didn't allow time for warm down or stretch, either.

What is ClassPass?
