About this class

This is an express version of our traditional Buns and Biceps class. An invigorating workout designed to hone specific areas of the upper and lower body. This class combines movements and principles favored in the booty-sculpting Bikini Butt class with TRX Rip Trainer designed workouts, allowing for repeated bouts of gluteal burn-outs, interposed with bicep, tricep, and upper body toning. Whether you want to be summer ready to show off buns and guns, or you want to improve strength, muscular endurance, and overall physical fitness, this class will move you in the right direction. Buns and Biceps is an upbeat, continually moving and challenging class that will keep you mentally motivated!
