About this class

30 challenging minutes of abdominally targeted exercises, with neither a second nor a muscle spared. Amped Abs combines traditional and innovative movements to hit the transverse, oblique and rectus abdominus muscles. This class will amp up those abs, but it will use your entire body to do so. The result? Improved core strength that translates to greater performance throughout all P2O classes and physical activity, a tightened and toned midsection, and some upper and lower body soreness is not unheard of! With only 30 minutes to zero in on one of the most fundamental muscle groups of your body, this class starts fast, transitions fast, and burns fast!  TRX EXPERIENCE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED FOR MIDTOWN.
