How it works

About this class

This class is designed to tone and sculpt the body using the 2.5, 5, 8 and 10 lb. weights. This is a mid-paced class using controlled movements. Use a combination of 3 to 4 exercises, between 15 to 30 repetitions (depending on the exercise), followed by a cardio burst and repeat 3 times.

How to prepare

Please bring a yoga mat and towel. Please refrain from wearing perfume and artificial scents. This allows all students to breath freely.

How to get there

Please arrive 15 minutes before class. Your spot can be given away 5 minutes prior to class start time to those on standby.

What is ClassPass?
