This class is a blend of Yoga and Pilates. You can expect a combination of different yoga postures fused with Pilates. What to bring: -Yoga mat + towel (Limited rentals available) -Water bottle There are no late entry and please arrive 15 minutes prior to class.

How to prepare

Please bring a yoga mat and full length mat towel. All items are available to purchase and there are limited rentals at the studio as well!

How to get there

They are right beside Sina Pharmacy & Organic Juice Bar on Smithe (in between Richards and Seymour). There is plenty of metered street parking on Richards or 3 large parking lots on the same block. They are right in the middle of Granville or Yaletown skytrain stations. They do not have designated studio parking.

Best flow! I love a solid yoga stretch and an ass-kicking workout to boot. 10/10 will do this class again!

I'm sorry but this class was bad for so many reasons :( Too many people in the class for such a small studio. The instructor didn't use a microphone and had the music so loud so I couldn't hear anything she was saying and had to keep sitting up and watching her so I did the moves right. I hurt my arm doing one of them because there was no guidance on proper form. She talked so fast and I could see other people around me looking confused as well. Plus we only did downward dog or plank so didn't really feel like it incorporated much yoga. I left feeling unsatisfied and like I still needed to go work out.

I usually like this class but I found it quite repetitive and not as challenging as most of the Pilates classes usually are.

I found it was difficult to follow the counts but after a while I was able to follow along but found it distracted me from the workout. It was loud and a bit fast but it was easy to look around and follow along.
